The 23. Pho with Brisket was everything I hoped for on a cold night. Very well seasoned broth and plenty of everything. Very very good. The 2.Garden Rolls were kind of small. They were good too but not worth more than $5.

I don't know what happened, perhaps they were having an off day, but the meat was tough, the soup bland and the noodles were gummy. However, the portion size was large and the toppings were very fresh. Usually the pho here is amazing, especially when you go in person, but today was just off.

We have been coming here for years, and everything we've eaten has been stellar. As always the pho was phenomenal, and all the toppings were fresh. We love Eastwind!!!

Food was fantastic HOWEVER - The garden rolls, cost of $8.95 I'm not sure how the cost is justified. taste like regular garden rolls to me.
