The meal was very good. It arrived hot and the fries were still crispy. The chicken tenders are very large so 3 is actually alot of food. The one complaint is that the seasoning definitely seems to be lacking salt. I also find it weird that when ordering, ranch is not an option for your 1st sauce and instead they make you pay extra for it and youre forced to pick a sauce you dont want.

Listen I'm from the SOUTH and the first thing I did was search out the BEST SPICY FRIED CHICKEN. The two top places are BIRD ON THE RUN & Chikn. This place knows spice and it is AMAZING! You get a good portion and it's delicious! My ONLY WISH is to be able to order MORE than one RANCH. PLEASE!
PS I LOVE SPICE AND I GET A LEVEL 3!

The flavor was good but what we paid for one Chicken Sandwich Combo and one strip combo 5 piece is crazy. The portion size was fine but the fries aren't waffle fries anymore, they're crappy frozen fries. For what we spent, I wouldn't order it again. The drinks also used to be cans but now they're fountain drinks in shitty paper cups that felt wetter every second it sat.

Like always the food is amazing. I would recommend making sure you order from the one in dormont and not the one in south side. They always make sure everything is correct....and the manager is awesome :)

I ordered a 5pc level three spice tender with fries and their bird sauce. These fries are delicious and well seasoned. The bird sauce lacks flavor and is very obviously and cheap knock off of Canes sauce but none the less still good. The tenders are where my review falls off, not only are they greasy they lack flavor entirely and have a distinct watery flavor.
