Zhou - one of the first characters you will come close in early Chinese. I needed something soft so i figured I would try zhou- porridge . The basic congee is as expected- rice cooked in a lot of water making a soup. It necessarily bland. You can add whatever you like or you can appreciate the subtle flavor of the surf clams. I recommend no seasoning for the first time. There are a variety of types. I feel it was authentic based on my travels.

Seaweed and jellyfish salad. I repeatedly order this. 

Hot and sour soup with pork is also a regular.

I passed on the Mushu pork (delicious) to focus on the zhou...

I had enjoyed the steamed rice roll with shrimp, the sweet soy sauce always add to the flavor. The lotus sticky rice was chock full of filling ie egg yolk, shrimp and pork. The stuffed bean curd roll was pleasant, a little gravy would enhance the dish. And finally the Siu Mai was nicely packed and nicely flavored. Overall the four dishes made a very enjoyable meal.

Thank you for the large portion of the chicken fried rice! And the hot and sour soup was fresh, tasty and perfect for this cold weather. Highly recommend ordering from here

I ordered the Royal Chicken it's usually very moist and flavorful. The ginger scallion sauce was unusually salty and wasn't edible. Chicken was done perfectly but needs the right mix of ginger scallion.  Would rate higher if sauce wasn't so salty. This is an expensive dish to get it wrong. Gail an or Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce was done perfectly and very large portion. Also enjoyed the chicken jook or porridge. Could use a little more ginger.  Food arrived quickly, hot and packed well.

Ordered the beef chow fun today.  There was no long strands of chow fun, not much beef at all, not enough wok breath,  it's like they used whatever leftover ingredients they had to make it.  Totally unacceptable. .
