The food is amazing. I have been ordering from Moby Dick for over 15 years. I was disappointed to see they decreased the size of their rice portion today

I have been ordering from a different location for years and this dc location appears to be way lower quality... the soup is sour the rice is hard and everything is off.

Moby dick's quality of ingredients is always very good and consistent and the food is cooked well.
I think it is the best carryout Persian restaurant in the Washington Dc area

Food is not plated as in picture. Steak is bland and just thrown on a bed of rice. Chicken was seasoned well but thrown on a bunch of spinach and not a balance of cucumbers, tomatoes and chesse. Salmon Kabob was disgusting. Unfortunately we won't be ordering from here again.

The hummus itself was delicious but the pita bread was extremely stale and chewy. The sandwich suffered from the extreme chewiness of the bread and the fillings were lacking in flavor. I would not recommend
