Food was excellent. Pesto was perfect. Arugula Salad was very generous, fresh, and delicious. Bolognese was just right. The right fusion of multiple Italian regions, signature flavors. Very noticeable for me.

I was so happy with the dinner from Via Vai Cucina! I was so impressed that our salad was not wilted and the crunchy croutons were so fresh and I have to say the shaved parm was impressive. The pasta dish was so delicious. I think Via Vai will be my go to restaurant for delivery. By the way the bread is delicious!

Ordered the involtini di melanzane the portion size was small and there was no "meat" to the eggplant. It was pretty much the skin and some sauce. The fresh pasta tasted like dry pasta. The sauces were good, but not good enough to cover up the mediocre pasta. Not the worst, but not high end like we were hoping for.

I ordered pesto pasta for a movie night on Friday. Didn't disappoint at all! In fact, it was one of the best vegetarian pasta I've ever had. Sun dried tomatoes and nut toppings elevated the dish to the next level. I love the vibe around Carlsbad village drive. Will try dining in next time.

The pasta from this place is top tier. Amaing hand made pasta and bread and sauces. You can tell this place has heart and soul. And they actually got the order right and let you substitute things/add on what you want when most restaurants on door dash dont let you; or mess up your order every time. You can tell this place cares about the door dash orders. 10/10
