The Hazelnut Tantanmen is the best Vegan Ramen that I ever had! The Cashew crumples ad a nice chew and the Hazelnut broth is perfectly spicy and has a good thickness to it! Highly recommended!

Hazelnut Tantanmen is delicious. Not very heavy on the bok choy or mushrooms, so add extra if you like more veg. The Nigiri Chu-Toro was a single, small piece. Pretty misleading when photo shows two.

The chirashi bowl doesn't reflect image or description. Fish is cut in small cubes and mixed together. A ridiculous small quantity of fish for a $46 bowl!
