The onion tofu added an unexpected but welcome element, with its delicate flavor and perfectly tender texture complementing the traditional rice noodles and herbs.
On the side, the shrimp chips were a fun addition to the meal. Light, crispy, and slightly salty, they provided a great contrast to the warm, hearty pho. Their crunchy texture was perfect for a quick bite between sips of broth. Overall, the combination made for a memorable and well-rounded dining experience. • 1/17/26We ordered two of the Pho Supreme. It was just okay overall. The soup had good flavor and the noodles were cooked just right for takeout. However, we were displeased with the lack of garnishes—don't expect the usual generous bag of bean sprouts, basil, and jalapeños you get from traditional pho spots. The meat portions were also plentiful in some ways (e.g., the eyeround and brisket) but small in others (e.g., there was only one piece of oxtail in each order, and one was incredibly tiny). The "to go" packaging was decent, but like other reviewers, we experienced some leaking of soup. I think this is due to the use of compostable lids - fair tradeoff all things considered.

• 1/8/25I'll stick to the pho, I've had the pho and it was great and once I had an order of the bo khirria egg rolls and that broth was better than what I just got. The Bo-Khirria Roti Tacos with Broth I just received was very much just greasy. The Waffle Fries are not salted, I wish I'd known and the sauce that was with it ended up melted into the container because it was too hot.

• 3/2/26Now yal- ghat Oxtail Cheesesteak Banh Mi FIREEEEE! Dare I say best I ever had! The Bo-Khirria Roti Tacos with Broth were delicious as well. So good I've stuffed my left overs in my suitcase to take home lol I def recommend. My only draw backs are the price (I feel both items could be reduced by $5-$8). Also, I spent close $70 but didn't receive any silverware or napkins.

• 3/23/25Got the OG Roti Tacos with tofu and vegan mayo. It was SOOO delicious! I love roti and have never had it used as a taco shell before. The two tacos made a great meal but it was so delicious that I wish they came three per order. Will definitely be back .
