• 4/21/26I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza and got a medium. The box is huge and never had this happened. I paid over $30 for this. I want a refund

• 2/11/25Meat Lover's Pizza was good, but the Boneless Wings were overcooked..also took over 1.5 hrs from order to delivery. 1st driver was sent to pickup order 5 minutes after placing order, they eventually declined order, 2nd driver sat waiting almost an hour. Best part of the meal was 2 Liter Mug Root Beer 🤣

• 6/25/24Did NOT...taste like Pizza Hut! I think it was the sauce because it was terrible.
Straight Cut Fries were a complete joke! Small portion for the price.
I will not be getting Pizza Hut from the Downingtown location for a long time if not for good.
