Absolutely delicious. Egg is actually seasoned Spicy Edamame,Tonkotsu Shoyu, and Shoyu Truffle were an absolute treat. Was not sure about pork being so, seemingly, fat but mixed well and buttery in broth

Best kara age around. Always perfectly marinated and prepared. Superb, thoughtfully combined, authentic options. Really my favorite ramen in Houston.

The Tonkotsu Gachi was delicious! I love that they pack the broth separately from the noodles so it stays fresh in transit.

The Vegan Miso Gachi was somewhat oily to my liking. The Avocado Roll is good.
