The pepperoni rolls were not cooked all the way. They were so doughy I could not eat them and since I was on my lunch break, I could not return them. Very disappointed as I eat there at least 3 times a week when I am at work.

The pretzel bits didn't taste like pretzels and the cheese dip was watery and meh. Will not order again. Big disappointment.

They could send some extra salad dressing because the salads are huge, but the salad dressing is very little

I always get the holy shiitake, its my favorite pizza but on this occasion, it was disappointing. There was just a ton of mushrooms, hardly any cheese, no caramelized onions and next to no garlic aioli and black truffle oil. Please keep the standards high, that's the only way to get repeat customers.
