The Spicy Tonkotsu w. Egg was extremely well done. Specifically the noodles were super well cooked and the broth was the right amount of savory and spicy.

I ordered the Bincho  Tonkotsu with Egg and it was missing the egg completely. The broth was incredibly bland and also partially missing. There was nowhere near enough broth for a full serving, ended up being just a pool sitting under the noodles. I literally had to make my own broth to add to the dish.
