I'm from Louisiana and this is the only place I recommend for authentic southern food in Anchorage. The portions were great for the price, this is home cooked meals from scratch. This was a taste of home for me. This place is a gem.  They also have different dishes on the menu everyday be sure to give them a try.

3 1/2 stars is what I give this restaurant. The Cajun food is absolutely delicious but a little bit on the pricey side. You get what you pay for and you get great food from here. They got my order right it was hot when it arrived and the driver did an excellent job couldn't ask for better. The 3 1/2 stars are because there's room for improvement anywhere you go.. keep up the great work ￼

I'll preface this by saying I'm not from the south soI can't compare this to home cooked food. But I thought this was very tasty. It had lots of sausage and pork and was eenough for 2 meals.
