I got the Nashville hot sandwich. Almost $15 for 1 over cooked chicken tender in bread is borderline criminal. The sandwich could be saved by putting a properly cooked quality piece of chicken in it. But as it is, it's a joke..

Too bland and flavorless, not much sauce and the bun was super greasy and oily. I ended up only eating the chicken which itself tasted 12 hours old, dry and just terrible really. I wouldn't order this again.

The food is decent but it's not what's advertized. $15+ for the Fried Chicken Bowl and it came without the flavor I PAID for or any coleslaw. basically just a bowl of Kraft Mac n Cheese doesn't justify the price or ordering out in the first place. I will not be ordering again.

Hello,
I ordered a 4-piece dark meat chicken from this store but received white meat instead. I spoke with the manager, Sara, who declined to refund any portion of the order despite the error and stated they could not redeliver because they are not located in Somerville.
I am highly disappointed with the customer service I received.
