The dim sum I got was great. The entrees were startlingly bad. Specifically, the Togo Chili Oil Pork &Shrimp Wonton(3)干拌抄手 was possibly the tastiest bite of Chinese food I have found since moving to the greater Philadelphia area. The Togo Steamed Pork Dumpling(4)鲜肉水饺 were very good, though I would have preferred a more traditional dumpling sauce over the thick (hoisin-based) one that was provided. The Togo Vegan Hot &Sour Soup酸辣素汤 was good, though rather nontraditional. That's the good. Now the bad. The hot Combination Spicy Dry Pot(Chicken, Fish &Shrimp)麻辣香锅 was huge, but the texture of everything was soggy and limp, and the flavor was... baffling. But even worse was the Togo Singapore Curry Vermicelli(chicken, egg &shrimp)星洲炒米粉... one of my favorite dishes at other restaurants, this one was so disgusting that I couldn't eat more than five bites... is was startlingly flavorless... everything, even the meat, tasted like unseasoned, overcooked, unidentifiable vegetables. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

The Togo Sauteed Curry Chicken咖喱鸡片 was really good - I will order again.
The Togo Beef w. Mixed Peppers &Basil三椒铁板牛 was good, but surprisingly a little spicy! And could use some more basil imho.
The Togo green bean also super delicious!!

I would never order this again. I was so sad when I finally got my food and it was bland and nasty. There was barely any beef in my Togo Beef Chow Fun干炒牛河 ,it was just bland noodles. The Togo Golden Mountain Beef w. Sesame金山芝麻牛 was so mushy. It had a gummy consistency that I literally could not eat.
