Chicken was crispy and warm upon arrival, coleslaw didn't spill/leak was which great, 2 ranch like I requested, biscuit was buttery 🧈

I've had good phone customer service experiences with the staff, always polite & professional. Unlike so many other places, the chicken is not overly greasy, and is fried to a golden brown
