No Salt on fries and the lettuce is shredded which throws off all the sandwiches

Asked for no salt on fries and got extra salt. Paid for bacon to be added to my burger and received 1 slice split in half when Wendys advertises 3 slices. Two very small onions that barely covered half the burger. Soggy wilted shredded lettuce. No dipping sauce for the 4 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets and they were fried way too hard and extremely dry. Soda barely had ice and also tasted watered down. First and last time eating from this location.
