The chips were good have lemon taste to it and isn't dry taste like real Mexican the bowl was alright since I am 40 min away didn't get as fresh it good deal but tasted mid as prego women it smells good though just didn't hit the spot as much the chicken in it is very small needs more portion it's like left overs you get if the kitchen ran out but I do appreciate it I would not order again probably to try the nachos cause chips are better than bowl and they come with.

I will never order from this place again. I ordered at a reasonable time for our food to be fresh and it was not. The chicken was dry as if it were left out all night and we couldn't eat it. The mashed potatoes and the broccoli had no flavor. The chips were stale. The burrito had no flavor. Surley, that place doesn't use seasoning because there was none in anything I ate.

Ordered with no onions. Got more than the law allows. Paid for a combo. Didn't add my chips. Paid for a churro. Didn't send my churro. I used to LOVE El Pollo Loco in California when they first opened. Now, they are less than desirable. Sad

Yesterday I order a 4 piece combo, not just that took more than 1 hours and 20 min but also was burnt and dry, the rice felt old and tesmeaded and the slaw taste funny, overall a terrible experience
