• 1/26/23I spoke to the manager, Jack about my lattes. He was awesome and promised to fix them and he did! My lattes made with HEAVY CREAM are perfect!! I love them!

• 3/15/23Peets app wasn't working so I had to use Door Dash and the Hazelnut Mocha isn't listed on door dash like it is on the Peets app so I had to order a mocha and add hazelnut. Ordered this drink for my mom for her birthday and she said she couldn't taste the hazelnut and it tastes like a hot chocolate. So a bit disappointmented that the barista's at this location aren't reading the add on's and I'm paying extra for a syrup that wasnt added.

• 2/8/26Please don't staple the bag closed! Please use tape like other stores do. Tape is so much easier to open than trying to remove staples!!!

• 4/15/22The cafe Cortado is strong, but creamy and delish... perfect shot. The Caffe Con Panna, needed more Panna...... super strong but not enough whip to balance it. and the Cafe Mocha is always great......... have a great day everyone..........

• 9/10/22I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful the Bacon, Spinach, & Swiss Frittata was! I almost didn't order it, but I am so glad I did. If you've been thinking about giving it a try, I highly recommend it!
