I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, but requested the cream cheese on the side so I could toast or reheat the bagel when I received it. I did in fact get (a ton!) of cream cheese on the side, however I also received a cold bagel with cream cheese already on it that I had to scrape off so I could microwave it. I don't personally like to eat cold bagels. I'm not sure if this was premade and being kept in a refrigerator, but it was very cold when I got it. Tastes good and very filling.

No hate, and this is just for people who like coffee very strong. I was disappointed with the strength of the coffee....I was not sure if an espresso shot was available, and requested one "if" it was available. So, I know it was not guaranteed. As a strong strength craving person, it's just not for me. But!! Their customer service was very well and they did all they could to let us know they were out of caramel and offered us a replacement. I would not stop doing business with them, and give their other features a chance. No hard feelings! Thanks for helping our county grow.
