Not worth the price. taco salad was tiny, but cost $17. Pollo Loco was for sure not worth it. very THIN chicken, too many carrots and broccoli, only 2 mushrooms, very minimal spinach. kids 1. Macaroni & Cheese so minimal. $6 for a very small amount of queso.NOT WORTH IT

The food was great as usual, but they forgot the tortillas (for the second time) and the $8 cheese dip was about two shots worth, way less than in person. I paid for extra sauce to request extra salsa and did not get any.

This has to be the worst case of terrible food presentation I have seen. Not only did they pile all of the sauces and everything into the same pile. It wasn't even full of meat. Both burritos had less meat than a Taco Bell taco and the "steak" was basically jerky. Never and I mean NEVER going here 5 thumbs down. Horrible food....

We love this restaurant but it is not for delivery. Our food arrived quickly (we paid extra for direct delivery) but somehow it was all cold. It wouldn't be such a big deal but this is second time & their to-go containers are aluminum so can't just be thrown in the microwave. The queso was also cold but since the chips were stale, it didn't really matter.
