The Burrito Bowl was very disappointing. Part of the rice was under cooked and part overcooked. Had a crazy combination, still trying to figure it out. This is the 3rd time there was a problem. I love the store but do think it's time to try a new establishment

Ordered chipotle for my wife and I and both our orders had nothing but rice and 5-6 pieces of chicken/steak in it. Rice was hard and undercooked. Basically a rice bowl and a rice burrito. Horrible.

Received the wrong order. Someone made one of my bowls twice despite the bowls being completely different. They were terrible tasting and did not taste fresh. One bowl had a big ball of grease and no meat. It was a mountain of mushed balled up rice. Would not order from here again.

I've been getting the Burrito Bowl at this location for a while now. Ordered it today and I was extremely disappointed. The rice was hard, the food was cold, there was barely any chicken and the little bit I did get was flavorless. Extremely dissatisfied.

Burrito Bowl was $23 and was the skimpiest thing ever. Barely any rice, no extra meat, no fajita veggies and it was cold as if it was sitting for quite some time which had nothing to do with my dasher since he was fast.
