Over $4 for ONLY 8-10 TOTS both orders and they were laying in puddles of grease!! Limp soggy lettuce and grease soaked buns on both hamburgers! Awful quality!! Very Low standards nowadays!

Will not be ordering Smashburger again. We used to like it. It has gone downhill. Quality isn't as good as it used to be. At least one item in every order is not right or terrible. Was sad to see that I couldn't find just a plain order of fries on the menu tonight. Just saw sweet potato, waffle, fries, and tots.

The DOUBLE CLASSIC SMASH® did not have any of the items on it that was listed in menu, very bland. The fries were soggy and greasy

I usually love ordering from here, but I can't deny that every single time I order, my fries are cold. Always. I don't know why it's very nasty. I just tried the TRACTOR LEMONADE for the first time and it's extremely watery, literally no lemon at all. Very disappointing. The burgers and milkshakes are phenomenal but everything else.. yeah.
