The Braised Beef Noodle Soup (Mid Spicy) was so tasty through and through, arrived perfectly hot and with great flavor. It was a good amount of soup and tasted fresh. Not much beef though, mostly inedible chunks of fat and only one meaty piece, would still order again because the piece I did get was fall apart delicious. The Sichuan Style Dumpling was good, until I hit a hard fat chunk inside one. That sichuan spice!

Everything was excellent! The A1. Handmade Sichuanese Style Dumpling 钟水饺 order was incredibly tasty. The real star was the Ma La Base Maocai Hot Pot 麻辣冒菜. I ordered it "extremely spicy" and "extremely numbing." Restaurants will often hold back, and I appreciate that Nine Way does not. Just great!

The nine way D1. Nine Way Noodle 玖味小面 and A2. Handmade Wonton in Clear Broth 清汤抄手 are the best I have ever had. I will definitely be a regular here!

Quality of beef became much much worse than previous, which was top in town, unfortunately not anymore. Now tastes like pre-made microwaveable package you can buy anywhere, no selection or tendon, no tender and juicy beef anymore. Too bad.
