The food was good. Better than it normally is. The pickup experience did not go ideally. When I arrived, there was already a customer waiting to be sat. After 5 minutes of not being helped or even acknowledged, that customer decided to leave. I didn't have the option to just leave since I had already paid when I ordered on the app. Once someone finally came over and I got the food it was fine, but the customer service needs improvement.

The prices are ridiculous. 120 dollars no fries with the burger. The salad had lettuce and lettuce. A few slices of tomatoe. And 15 wings which were good. I won't be ordering from here again.

This was the most disgusting sampler. The mozzarella sticks are hard as a rock. The fried pickles are soggy, the pretzels are hard and the boneless wings are covered in sauce

Ordered at Noon and somehow received stale fries , hours old and inedible. Cheesesteak was TINY and dry

Charge way too much for the amount of French Fries they give you. $7.50 for a $2 amount is ridiculous
