The ice cream was delicious every single one and it came still frozen and not melted, have to say they are worth the money

The store forgot the cones in our order but I called and spoke with Emma who was amazing. I placed a second order and because Emma was so focused on our cute note and NOT smashing the cones, they were forgotten again. That made us laugh!!! :) We received a voicemail from Emma who was extremely apologetic and remedied the situation. It was quite hysterical for us and we could not be upset. Graeter's is fabulous and we appreciate Emma, Mike, and team! You have to laugh in this world so thank you!
