The tonkotsu is pretty nasty. I've had tonkotsu many times, even made my own from pork bones. This one tasted and smelled like it had gone off.
The JFC was okay and fries were okay. Not great.

$28 of the poke was not worth it at all, even came with the wrong ingredients.
The tonkotsu ramen was lack of soup and the taste of it wasn't as rich as expected.

The Chili Goma isnt bad but it's not great. Maybe it's better fresh at the restaurant instead of a 35 minute transit even though only live 15 minutes from the restaurant . The soy egg isnt a soy egg and for the price it's tough to say this is great ramen. Will try to go to the restaurant to get it fresh next time to get a better sense for it.

The fried chicken was floppy instead of crispy. Nice flavor, but poor texture. Beware - gf ramen means crystal noodles.
