Carshon's debuted at 1010 Houston Street in downtown Fort Worth, in cooperation with Chicotsky's Meat Market. Carshon's eventually relocated to W. Berry Street near TCU, where it remained in the 1950s…
This place is the best! Consistently delicious and always tastes fresh. I bring my out of town family here when they visit! The Reuben and the Rachel are my go-tos. Can't forget a pickle on the side!

Best sandwich hands down. Old school, like chicken soup for the soul. The reuben is to die for. A ton of beautiful slow cooked corn beef or pastrami on home made bread.
I eat half and save the other for next day. Two meals, all my protien and no gritty powder to blend.

Carson's is a legit delicious Jewish delicatessen. You get about 2-3" of meat despite the prices literally being about 1/3rd of what you'd spend in NYC. Also the Matzo is a perfect hangover meal, and it's only $5 for a large! Panera plastic bag soup is more expensive.

I had the Tuna Salad Sandwich and the Split Pea Soup. I was amazed at the quantity and quality of both. The soup was a full 16 ounces and was delicious. Most restaurants give you two measuring cups worth and call it a bowl The sandwich was full size and stuffed with Tuna and added ingredients. The desserts were full size for half the price and were also delicious. This is a great store with great food and reasonable prices. I will be ordering from this establishment again.

Everything was amazing. Rachel & Rebecca were both so good. Butterscotch pie was perfect. The Cole slaw is tangy and is the best I have ever had.
