Both drinks were good, I wish the Green Thai Tea was less sweet since it was still extremely sweet even with less sugar to me. I feel like there should be more sugar options overall since the Strawberry Hibiscus Tea's sugar couldnt be adjusted. Otherwise, the cups werent sealed properly and made a bit of a mess on my clothes but the taste itself was pretty good

Hi, I’d like to request a refund for our order. We ordered 4 Thai teas, but there appear to be white chunks at the bottom of the drinks, which makes us concerned about their quality. Additionally, we only received 2 straws for the 4 drinks. Could you please review this issue and let us know how we can receive a refund?

The drinks are always made great, but be careful when you say no ice. They will only fill the drink 3/4 of the way.

This is one of the best places for tea/coffee, but drinks at this location is filled with too much ice! Sadly, some drinks arrive 2/3 full if you select "no ice".
