Too hot to cook? Order delivery from Elmas, and make sure to get the Sigara Borek - amazing! They are crispy on the inside and filled with warm, salty cheese. Yum! Their Tabuli Salad (Small) was fresh and flavorful, and a nice contrast to the bulgar Side of Bulgur Rice. Chicken Chops are better than from your grill, and you don't have to stand in the heat while cooking!

North Atlantic Wild Salmon was absolutely delicious and so was the Lamb Adana Kebab & Chicken Shish Kebab platter. Decent size servings for the price, and the grilled eggplant served with the salmon was an unexpected delight. I will definitely order again!
