• 4/21/26The rice I received was hard for both the Bowl Charlie's Seafood Gumbo and Bowl Shrimp Etouffee. The portions are very small and I can't tell if there's any point in getting a bowl over a cup with half filled containers. I'll pass next time. Good flavor though

• 8/28/25Fish wasn't properly cooked. Half the order was raw in the middle, slimy, and had a strong fishy taste. Had the exact same problem last time which is why we haven't ordered in several months. Used to be good food but $26 for this is a joke. Not sure I'll be back.

• 1/20/25we were so disappointed. the hamburger didn't have any of the lettuce, tomato, etc and was cold. the Caesar salad had zero dressing and was very small for the price. super disappointed after a long drive home yesterday
