The shrimp, chicken, mashed potatoes and biscuits were cold, dry and hard. I live less than 5 minutes from this particular location and I tracked my order from pickup to delivery. That
lets me know the food was not hot
and fresh upon pickup.

The Mac and cheese, It was so good 😋 and so was the apple pie 🤤😋 the only complaint is the biscuits was smaller than I remembered and it was hard on top 🫤 but everything else was really good and hot.

The 3pc chicken was great 👍🏾 and the fries and okra and the mashed potatoes were still hot! there was not an option on the Door dash app to order jalapeños, so I called the store to alert them of this and they included the peppers in my order! thank you 😊

Today's 8 piece 8PC Chicken was very good! How well it was cooked is greatly appreciated, including the Signature Hot Sauce which was not bad at all. The only I had with this order that's different is I received the wrong flavor of chicken. I was given the "Classic" instead of "Spicy". Hopefully on the next round, I receive the correct flavor of chicken. Always a bigger fan of spicy chicken 😁 Overall, very good meal!

chicken & okra was great, but they didn't have chicken sandwich anymore and substituted with chicken tenders that were so small it would have fed a 2 year old. and sent sweet tea instead of unsweetened. if they not going to send unsweetened tea they need to take it off menue. every time I order unsweetened they send sweet.
