The sandwiches were okay, but we didn’t receive the Cinnamon ‘N’ Raisin Biscuits again. This has happened more than once. The first time, DoorDash called and let me know they were out, and I appreciated the proactive refund. But this time, the order just showed up missing them with no explanation or heads-up.
It’s frustrating not knowing until the food arrives, especially when it keeps happening. If something is unavailable, a quick update would go a long way.

the fries had no salt on them and were cold. the burger was burned around the edges and the ham and cheese bun was stale.

I had ordered the Superstar Combo medium and 5 piece tender and a cherry coke I got everything except the fries and found it a bit concerning how I had a sticker on my bag that stated "Your order has been double checked for accuracy" I think I should have the full order for that much especially for 33 dollars.

Got two of the 5 Piece Nashville Hot Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders and they were mild and full of gristle! The Crinkle Cut Fries had absolutely no seasoning, and got a half gallon of Sweet Tea and it is unsweetened.
Complete disaster of an order! Would have given them 0 stars, but that was not an option.

Half of my order was missing and the items that did arrive were not made correctly. I asked for no ham on my breakfast sandwich but they still put it on. The cinnamon rolls were stale.
