Fantastic sushi, great prices, great portions. The Fresh Spring Rolls (2pcs) have shrimp in them and are huge! Thats a must have every time for me now, the Chicken teriyaki was also suprisingly tasty, the fried rice was really good with it. All of the sushi rolls were great, it didnt seem like any had the eel sauce listed which was strange(maybe they hadnt made any yet? I did order right at open ), but genuinely the rest of the taste made up for it. Not a hint of staleness in the  rice, fish tasted fresh, no bones found in the eel. Seems like the minimum but other sushi places ive ordered from have had those issues. Will be ordering again.

Sexy Roll was one of the best sushi rolls I've had in awhile the flavors compliment each other so well. Miso Soup was hot and yummy, the egg Fried Egg Rolls (2pcs) were cooked to perfection and the sauce it came with tasted superb against others I've tried. Will be ordering and trying new things from here soon.

Always love coming to Kofu! Whether I get it delivered, pick up or eat in restaurant food is consistent in quality. Owners are so kind and really appreciate your business! Would recommend over any other sushi/hibachi in town! Also, very reasonably priced. I would actually argue and say they should charge more!

I got the sexy roll and it was sooooo good.it was fresh and very well priced. while other sushi places charge 20 plusdollars for rolls, Kofu most big rolls are 13$.excellent. last time I got hibachi shrimp an it was excellent.

Kofu is my favorite sushi place in the area and I'm thrilled they expanded their menu! My favorite roll is the American Honey Roll - warm, crunchy, sweetness from the honey and salty bite of soy and wasabi! I tried the Kofu Combo this time, a lot of yum for a great price! Also the best egg Fried Egg Rolls and Fresh Spring Rolls  around! I also ordered the Pad Cashew Nut for my dinner the next night. It comes with a side of rice and is really tasty. Love the contrast of tender chicken/veggies and crunchy water chestnuts/cashews. I ordered way too much but wanted to have my favorites and try some new flavors, too!
