Amazing as usual also came quickly despite the fact that I get my Ribeye Cajun 20oz very well done. It also came perfectly cooked for me.i couldnt give a better review if I wanted too.

House Burger was excellent, as it always is! The z:checkmate- Stuffing Ball was about half as big as I expected it to be for $3.99. Not worth it at this price in my opinion.

Just terrible. Portions are not worth the money, food is carelessly thrown into containers and food is missed every time we seem to order from this location. Hoss's used to be a favorite in my household but truly I'd rather save my money and eat anywhere else.... at least I would get more than 10 fries... so sad they fell off.

My Flat Iron Steak was the best steak I ever eaten from Hoss. Due to budget restrictions, I normally order either their Sirloin or Steak Tips. Had a loaded baked potato & buttered mushrooms for my sides. Everything was perfectly cooked. My Flat Iron was perfection and the flavor was so good. Much better than the sirlion or tips I've been eating for years. The few dollars more is worth it in the end as I don't eat a lot of red meat to begin with so it pays to eat the best quality availble when I do.
The only complaint I have would be the mushrooms were too salty. So I took a star off for too much salt. While they were perfectly cooked and buttery flavored too, it was salty enough that the salt granules crunched between my teeth and left a bitterness on my tongue. Definitely too salty on the mushrooms. Otherwise very good and I'd order again, but with the request of "lightly salt".

I ordered Mashed Potatoes w/Gravy with a side of their Soft Pretzels. The potatoes were perfect and the gravy was very flavorful. The pretzels were over salted but easily swiped off.
