Ordered dozen only got eight. They could've called to say they were out of some types but did nothing but send less and still charged me for the dozen.

Bird, a sausage, egg and cheese croissant and I was given a cold plain croissant no sausage no egg no cheese. I was still charged for the sausage, egg and cheese croissant.. how does this happen? No way to get an order correction so they have my money and I do not have what I paid for.
