the portions were great, and the Chicken Tenders Family Style Small is wonderful for kids and small families on a budget.

The steaks are AMAZING! We eat at outback once a week & these dont compare in size or temperature... cooked to perfection at Medium. The only thing I didnt like is the Herb Rice. everything else was mouth watering good. The bread and butter, salad, mashed potatoes, Carrot Cake yum!

first time eating it was Devineso I ordered again and the steak was over cooked and massively smaller and the salad had no seasonings and the first time i oordered it came with bread this time it didnt...

Food was cold, garlic potatoes were nasty. I waited 1.5 hours for meal to be delivered. It was not the delivery drivers fault as he waited at the restaurant for close to 30 minutes for the order to be completed. Called Saltgrass 3 different times trying to talk with someone about possibly fixing the issues all to be put on hold and eventually told that it's all part of the door dash experience. I am sorry I spent almost 100 dollars for a meal for 1 person. I don't expect a 5star restaurant quality meal but I have had a steak from IHOP that tasted better. Saltgrass Bossier you need to train your employees that the customer isn't always right but they should at least try to come to a resolution of problems at had.
