I think I could live on Firehouse Subs! To me they are far better than the competition... Decent portion size, fresh ingredients and the meat is top notch! I will always be a repeat customer. 10/10

Sandwich couldn't stay together. I ordered a standard item on the menu so it shouldn't be falling apart like it did. The flavor was blander then other sub places. The last time I tried this place was over 10 years ago and I felt the same way back then.

Firehouse Hero® and Turkey Bacon Ranch ™were both delicious. Quantity of ingredients made GREAT sandwiches!

I always hear great things about firehouse subs and was very excited to try it. Sadly my first experience wasn't the best. My sandwich was thrown upside down in its box, causing a mess I've never had when ordering from other sandwich places. I chose to have the spear pickle on the side, which they did not give to me, AND the Cookie I paid for, didn't come with my meal. Disappointing.

Subs were good, but potato soup should come with bacon, cheese and onion in it (not as an add on for additional charge). Even with the add ons it was just ok in flavor.
