Always yummy food from A&W, especially their chicken. I recieved a very nice handwritten note about them having to switch my sauce. I thought that was sweet and it made me smile. It really is the little things! I have no complaints

My burger is horribly overcooked and the lettuce wilted and the cheese looks like it was melted 5 days ago
