Depending on the location near you it's hit or miss. The one near me constantly delivers hot and good food. Chicken from here is amazing and the burgers are also pretty good for fast food!

The A&W's in Niagara Falls aren't the best. It does differ by location but I don't find either that much better than the other. The A&W is Fort Erie is great, the food is fresh, hot and as ordered. I often end up with cold food and/or a messed up order from the NF locations. It's too bad because the Teen Burger is my fave fast food burger.
