Ribs were not tender and I ask for marble brisket which was extremely to fatty and salty. I had to put the ribs in my oven to get them tender. There are way better bbq options then this place. I would only eat here out of necessity

The ribs, sausage, and red beans and rice were amazing! I was mad the potato salad was out of stock because I just know it was good too. The only thing that wasn’t quite five-star was the mac and cheese. It was okay, but not amazing. Everything else was delicious! The pic was my left overs.

Not worth 1949 for the catfish and shrimp basket the catfish fit in the palm of my hand. It was so tiny and the shrimp were also tiny and they gave me barely a handful of fries. I could've held those in one hand too.
