I order from this place on a near daily basis. One of the best acai spots around. And the empanadas are phenomenal as well. Customer service varies - not consistent (sadly).

I used to be a loyal customer here—this place was truly a gem. Even as prices steadily climbed over time, I still found myself coming back every week because the food was that good. It was worth it.
Unfortunately, over the past few months, something has definitely changed. Since the new hires came on board, the quality has gone noticeably downhill. The food no longer has the same care or consistency it once did, and the overall experience just isn’t what it used to be.
It’s disappointing to say, but I can no longer justify the price or the visit. I genuinely hope they turn things around, but for now, I won’t be returning or recommending this location to anyone.

I love this place! Sadly the last few times I have ordered there was hardly any fruit and they forgot the agave. For the price I don't think it's worth it anymore.

I would've given five stars but they sent the wrong açai bowl. I'm not a fan of strawberries. Unfortunately, I got strawberries and banana when I ordered the real Brazilian, which has blueberries and bananas. But because those empanadas were so darn good I'll give them a pass.
