I am pleased to say, you put your foot in that food, girlllllll! Obviously, not literally but the food was amazing! Seasoned to perfection, the cube steak, could be cut with a plastic fork, that's how tinder and juicy the meat was. The rice was so fluffy, no crunchy bits in it. The Mac and Cheese was cheesy, the noodles al dente, seasoned well. The collards were so good, you left every bit of the collards intact. Definitely not Kamala Harris's collards! The cornbread was thick, moist and did not fall apart or crumble when sticking a fork in it to mix with the other vegetables and meat. I was just looking for something to eat, like some fried chicken but BABY, Anna you have blown me away! The portion sizes did not disappoint, I was thinking everything was going to be all in one box, nope! Each protein had its sides, in two different boxes, pleasantly different, I did not expect that at all! The freshness, the warmth of the food was superb! I am definitely ordering again plus the bag was secure which I will give you a A+ for because I am a stickler when it comes to protection of my food, I do not play about that! I want my food and bag tamper resistant and unable to manipulate until it gets in my hands! The presentation of the food inside of the box, you lined the top of the plates with aluminum foil, you covered the cornbread in aluminum foil and put aluminum foil on top of that! You know how important that is to us, the covering of food to prevent spillage, to keep food warm and to protect it during transit! I totally appreciate you, Anna keep up the great work! I will be back!! Thank you, so much for the napkins and the silver ware, you thought of everything!! The portions are huge and the price is right, shoutout to Anna Rae's Catering 4u!!! I pray that The Most High will keep you prosperous and cover your business with power and protection.
