I ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp and customized my order by selecting the option "Remove Bourbon Street Seasoning". The chicken was very tender. There was a small amount of the Bourbon Street Seasoning on the chicken and I liked it. The next time I order the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp I will not remove the seasoning.
My wife ordered a 6 oz. Top Sirloin Steak and customized her order by selecting the "Sautéed Garlic & Mushroom Topper" and "Shrimp 'N Parmesan Topper". She also selected the "Remove Bar & Grill Seasoning" option. She has ordered this meal with the same options several times and has been very pleased. Tonight; however, she was very dissatisfied by the meal she received. First, even though she selected "Medium Well" for the cooking temperature the steak was very dry. The color of the inside of the steak was gray.. There wasn't any pink or red color and there wasn't any juices at all. The mushrooms were very dry, as well. There was no Shrimp 'N Parmesan Topper included with her meal. We checked the Order Confirmation senti to us online and that option was listed. The label that was on top of the plastic lid also listed it. There was an additional fee charged for this selection on the receipt. Finally, the broccoli she chose as one of her sides was also very dry.
We have ordered from Applebee's Grill & Bar many times and have enjoyed the meale. We were surprised and very dissatisfied with the meals we received this evening.

I paid extra for the soup as one of the salmon side dishes. They were cheap and gave only half a cup of soup. Definitely not worth the upcharge. Attn: Applebee's If you are going to charge extra for the soup give a full cup!

Got the Half Rack Double-Glazed Baby Back Ribs. Portions VERY small, half rack of ribs was more like a quarter rack. Hardly any fries to help make up for the lack of ribs. Definitely not worth the $18.

the fiesta lime chicken is always a go to of mine. it was amazing as always! Everything came as we ordered, my husband gets his stuff plain and no condiments, they got the order correct and it was delicious 😋
