Araujo's carne asada fries are the most delicious thing I have ever eaten. The potatoes are fat and curly cut and the meat is so good. The only downside is that every time I go to another Mexican restaurant I'm sorely disappointed with the carne asada fries because Araujo's are that much better.
Araujo's also has the best chips, they're thick and crunchy. I could eat there once a week (and we almost do, don't judge)!

the asada is always a great option and today they cooked it to perfection not to dry and just the right amount of juiciness. I just wished it was bigger in portions, it's the same size as a regular burrito but with more ingredients inside.

Ordered 2 super burritos (10/10) and a flour super *Super Flour Quesadilla (8") - Harina* 7/10. The agua de horchata was 10/10. Really good. Couldng customize the order in the app but I called after placing the order and they made the tripas extra crunchy!

Shrimp burrito was very sloppy. Just dripping through the tortilla. Taste was very bland. Shrimp taco wasn't much better. Bland and not worth the 9 bucks. Pastor taco meat was very dry and bland. Sadly the horchata was the only thing that tasted good.

This place has the best Carne Asada in San Jose. Hands down. High quality meat with good seasonings.
