This is the worst Arby's in existence. Decided to give them another try after a year, what a mistake!! Out of 3 entrees, only received 1. Received NO condiments at all. The only entree we received was supposed to be a Roast Beef Classic. Received a sad little flat sandwich with about 3 shaved slices. Never again!

Finally received full order. The Double Beef 'n Cheddar was huge. The Cla ssic Beef 'n Cheddar was good. Curly Fries were crispy and good. The extra cheese sauce was cold. We received the Arby's Sauce Packet and Horsey Sauce Packets we requested.

Buffalo chicken was dry, fries was old and the beef and Classic Beef 'n Cheddar was okay, didnt add the sauce I selected.

I love the flavors of things I can order from Arby's, which is why I keep ordering it. It still baffles me to this day how no matter the location, they always get at least 1 thing wrong about my order. Order extra Arby's Sauce? sorry, you get 1. Order Ranch dipping sauce? oops, it's two bbq cups instead. Thankfully they haven't done anything as egregious as, say, sending me the sauces without any food, or sending me sandwiches when I order Chicken Tenders (5 ea.), but MAN, I do not understand how you mess up a very simple order hahaha
still delicious, still gonna get it, just annoyed that I'm asked a bunch of stuff by the app that gets completely ignored by the staff at the location lmao
