The new royal dip is great! Fresh motz sticks, and absolutely cheesy Arby's double cheddar. Great value and portion sizes. Probably will order again in 3 or so weeks LOL!

They didn't have potato cakes AGAIN and after conferring with me the dasher had them substitute fries. Definitely does not meet my standard for potato cakes. They said it was a new batch but they had apparently been salted so many times I'm sure they had been cooked before. And this, after I had let them know my reason to avoid curly fries was too much seasoning. The sandwich was so sloppily put together that half of the meat was outside one side of the bun. The food and drinks were still good, but I needed more than the 3 napkins that were in the bag. I was so hungry I forgot to take pictures.

Received my food fast but it was old food. I couldn't eat it. Neither the fries or sandwich I ordered were warm. I don't expect it to be scolding hot because it's delivery. But to not even be a little warm? Very disappointing to spend $20 on food I can't eat.

My food is still always swarm despite the long drive to my house. They've never missed any customizations, and are very consistent. 10/10
