I phoned ahead to the Arby's restaurant to mention that I had put a apple turnover in my cart to be included with my order, but it never showed up in my cart. I asked the gentleman who answered the phone about that, and he said oh, don't worry about it we'll just give you a free one no matter what and then I said well the one of the reasons I was phoning is because I didn't want an apple turnover. I want blueberry, but it didn't give me that option and he says oh yeah, we got them and I will give you one of those. The order was fresh, 100% correct with the free, blueberry turnover  and was delivered quickly. Five star customer service that you normally don't get at a lot of restaurants.

My wife got a teaspoon of cheese on her Beef 'n Cheddar Meal. When we go in it's usually over flowing. I added tomato and got 2 slices and on a French Dip 'n Swiss Half Pound Meal I also added cheddar cheese and like my wifes sandwich barely noticed it on there. The swiss was on half the sub. We ordered 2 iced teas and the syrup clearly ran out before the 2nd was filled bec the dark coloured ice tea looked like sprite.

The gravy with each 1/2lb roast beef dip appallingly cheap in the amount you gave see picture this ruin the whole meal as it last till he 3rd bite. Lg Curly fries was only filled 1/2 way.

I got the double beef and cheddar meal, and was very pleased at how fast it was delivered! It was delicious as usual and still hot! Super happy!
