The ONLY reason they get this many stars is because they went ahead and made the order even though they couldn't find it in their system. The food was horrible, none of the lg fries were even medium sized. We were missing a salad, (the food was so cold it was as if they'd taken it directly from the freezer and placed it into the to go bag). Since when is the roast beef at Arbys processed? It was dried out, tasteless, processed yuck! The chicken tenders had been fried so long that they were rock hard and we weren't able to eat them. This restaurant either needs new management or a whole new crew that cares about their jobs. This is pathetic!! Makes me ashamed to know tourists eat there then go back to where they're from and tell their friends how disgusting and disappointing Sevier CO's Arbys is. We use to have a great one (in PF).

Worst food ever! Cold as ice and the roast beef tasted like it had been marinated with gasoline. The fries were hard as rocks and so salty it was pathetic. Total waste of $18. The whole meal went into the trash except the drink and the sauce packets.

The steak bites were super dry and had no flavor. They also were not warm.  Both of the mini sandwiches barly had any meat on them and they were not fresh. I was very disappointed in my food today.

If they don't have what you ordered they'll just sent you random food and hope you don't say anything about it. I'd say it was a one off situation, but this is the second time they've done this. Crazy business practice
