• 9/28/25It appeareds though my sliders sat for a while and were re-heated. poorly put together and the buns were burnt.Cheese sauce was only 1/4 full in one andhalf in the other and for $1.19each each, thats ridiculous. The fries were cooked perfectly, though.

• 2/24/26Unbelievable, ordered a Classic Roast Beef and a Classic Beef 'n Cheddar. When i opened them the first words out of my mouth was "where's the beef"! All I saw was a roll. When I opened each roll I was lucky if there was two tiny slices of roast beef on each. The one covered in cheese so you don't see the tiny meat. You could eat in about an inch on each sandwich beore you touched meat. Normally when i order Arby's there is at least a half inch of meat on the sandwich!

• 11/4/25Very disappointed in Arbys . Didn't get what was ordered an what we did get should have been a kids meal,especially the price , should have been super size. I've always liked their roast beef. Not again

• 5/22/26Do not reccomend. I Will never order from this location again. They messed up the entire order and just didnt care in general about the quality.
Crinkle fries tasted raw. They were so bad. Somehow mushy and raw at the same time. Dont even know how they maaged that. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich came with everything we asked it not to which whatever, we scraped it off....but it was fried so hard(or maybe it was old) my son couldnt even bite through it. It was so hard and chewy. The French Dip Royale...that cheese you see is cheese I added from home. It was pathetic enough as you can see from the lack of meat but how do you forget the only other main ingredient? I mean dang...the advertisement vs reality is a big difference. They didnt provide the AuJus sauce either. And forgot a drink. So i basically received a few pieces of roast beef on a bun with no cheese or dipping sauce lol. I will say that the onions and seasoning are a nice addition to it had it been made right and wasnt created like a $2 gas station slider. The White Cheddar Mac 'n Cheese would have been good if the noodles were cooked but they were still chewy as well. Cherry Turnovers were the only thing everyone could agree on that were halfway decent. They are a bit chewy. Im guessing they make them and sit them under a warmer all day like the chicken.
It's fast food, my expectations were low okay? but this was a very expensive disgusting disappointment.

• 2/28/261 Classic Roast Beef missing from order; Aujus cup for French Dip sandwich had maybe 3 tablespoons of juice and bread was soggy...
