Everything was good.  They even included napkins and a straw which is rare for almost all Madison restaurants.  The sandwich has a very good taste and is worth trying.

The oil hadn't been changed and the bitter acrid taste was evident in the fries and mozzarella sticks

I ordered a double roast beef and there was hardly any meat in it. Definitely not even half of what is usually in there.

Some of the food was COLD and my French dip had no au just despite it being on every receipt. The double beef and cheddar was the size of a regular beef and cheddar and my $5 medium fry was half empty. NEVER AGAIN.

The potato cakes were cold hard and extremely greasy. The hamburger was cold and over cooked. The new bread on the French dip doesn't taste good and the meat is cut too thick.
